Peshawar is the region that is located in the province of khyber pakhtunkhwa there are many people living in that city as that is the capital of khyber pakhtunkhwa and all facilities should be available there. After the formation of Pakistan educational system was under the university of Peshawar that is from the year 1954 but then many people started taking part in education and this university was not able to manage education at such large level after that in the year 1961 educational board was formed that is named as board of intermediate and secondary education Peshawar.

This board has many functions one of the most important is that it has to conduct examination for 5th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th and after that it provides students with the quality education with certificates after that. This board has many government and private schools affiliated with it there are many regions those are working under the board those regions are as following Charsadda District, Chitral District, Peshawar District and Federally Administrated Tribal Areas. This board also conducts examination for 5th and 8th class as these examinations are not compulsory but students appear in them for practice and for getting known to the paper pattern.

This board conducts examination for 11th class in the month of April and May and many students appear in those examination after that they wait for results as the time is very near for the announcement of results that will be declared in the month of august and September also on the official website of the board we will also display result as soon as the result is declared.

Before examination registration of students occur and after that students are provided with roll number slips and date sheets so that students may appear in examination.
